I believe in the healing power of connection and the premise that every individual deserves to have a safe, compassionate space to be truly heard and explore their authentic selves. I am a attachment-based Certified EMDR practitioner, and I specialize in treating adults who are working to heal from Trauma and PTSD. I have over 13 years of experience treating anxiety, depression as well as many other diagnoses.
